Useful tools, with clear limits.
These terms describe the intended use of FieldWise and the practical boundaries of its tools.
1. What FieldWise offers
FieldWise provides free browser-local image preparation and CSV diagnostics. No account, paid subscription or server conversion is needed. FieldWise is a personal project operated by an individual based in Croatia and is not a registered company/business.
There are currently no ads, analytics or payments. Future changes must be reviewed and described before activation. FieldWise is independent and not affiliated with application authorities, spreadsheet vendors or browser providers.
2. Your files and outputs
Use files you are authorized to process. You keep your rights in your content; selecting a file does not publish it or grant FieldWise a right to use it. The tools work locally and create new downloadable copies. Keep an untouched source and review your output before relying on it.
Support email is separate. A mailto link opens your own email app; sending correspondence is your choice. Do not email private files merely to test a tool.
3. Technical limits and review
Image tools support static PNG, JPEG and WebP within their displayed size/pixel limits. Re-encoding can change quality, transparency, colors and metadata. A byte target can be missed; browser encoder behavior varies. A technical checker does not certify identity-photo composition, authenticity, eligibility or upload acceptance.
CSV tools check supported structure and likely encoding issues, not every database schema or spreadsheet rule. They cannot recover missing original digits. Delimiter guesses and possible decoding concerns need review; missing-field positions may be unknown. Confirmed repairs do not replace checking against the source.
No guarantee of uninterrupted availability, a particular result, search ranking, advertising approval or revenue is made. Tools are not substitutes for professional legal, financial or other specialist advice. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
4. Responsible use
Do not use the site to infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or misrepresent an output as official certification. Original educational material and interface assets should not be represented as your own work without permission; your own files remain yours.
5. Questions and future changes
Contact fieldwise.tools@gmail.com about the tools, this draft or an issue. Read the Privacy Policy for the actual data flow. No personal postal address, registration number, jurisdiction clause or arbitration arrangement has been invented.
These provisions and operator disclosures must be reviewed before public launch or monetization. If the service changes, the published information should change with it.
